Based near Nyon, we help Expats in the La Cote region with any housing related needs - be it some general advice, help with buying & selling, relocation, project management or home organisation . Born out of a love of the region and property we are the local go to for Expat property needs.

As a side note - we also love the idea of helping Mum's get back into work or earn a bit of money so are always looking for people to collaborate with.

My name is Jess and I am a property addict.
Think Kirsty and Phil - combined. IYKYK.
I am a qualified UK property lawyer and having bought properties in both the UK and Switzerland, I am extremely knowledgeable of both processes. I am passionate about helping other expats to navigate these systems or provide advice on their projects.
I have been in Switzerland since 2017 and live near Nyon with my 2 young kids. I speak English and French.
I should also admit that I am an IKEA fanatic and know the catalogue like the back of my hand.
